That is a start. The trolley trail that runs through South Oak Park has homeless camps. Several incidents of violence. That wooded area should be cut. The homeless people panhandle at 85th & Wornall.
If you want to help, donate to a legitimate agency working with the homeless population.

Homeless people remind the population to work shitty jobs or get locked out in the cold until your limbs freeze off.
