  1. There ya go with that Muzzie shit again. Don't you know we need to give them jobs and opportunities!

  2. For the most part they were poor in the their homeland too. Lack of education and jobs are extremely high in Muslim countries. That is why their religious fervor is so dangerous. Ignorance and extreme religious beliefs are a massively dangerous combination. It makes you easily led to do things, you know, like fly planes into buildings or strap bombs to your body. Think of the religious extremists from America and multiply that times 1000. Did you know according to the Muslim calendar it is the 1300's? Says a lot doesn't it. There was a massive survey across 39 Muslim countries and 53% of them want Sharia Law. That equals hundreds of millions of people. They simply are not compatible with the West. They are barbaric. Look at how they view women. Stop believing the bullshit "few bad apples" argument. It is millions of bad apples.

    1. what say you about white American "christians" 7:17? They're extreme and crazy two. Remember the 2/3 human theory but yet they continued to rape african women in their bondage. That was and is christianity in a nutshell.

  4. ^^^^^Probably, as long as you can afford it. Money is, after all, this country's true religion.

  5. 7:17: It's actually 1438, calculated from when Mohammed left Mecca for Medina in 622. It's really no more or less arbitrary than calculating our calendar from the approximate birth of Christ. If think about it (and I realize this is a stretch), in our year 1438, we were still conducting Crusades and the Inquisition was killing off "unbelievers," and that only increased when the Protestant reformation began in 1517.

  8. 7:37 The Crusades were an ad hoc response to the invasions of Muslims into Europe, which started in the year 711 on the Iberian Peninsula. The threat of Muslim attacks continued (Obviously, even today.) and was thwarted by Charles Martel at Tours in 732. The Siege of Vienna was another battle, where the fate of Europe hung in the balance. Again, the Crusades were a RESPONSE to Muslim aggression.

That said, this march is a move in the right direction. The PEW Report (NOT a conservative organization in any respect.) says that Muslims in the US, by a 51% margin, prefer and want Sharia Law here in the US. Polls in the Mid East reveal the popularity of Sharia Law at a rate of 81%.

Trump is logical, correct and reasonable with respect to his "Vetting" and restrictions on Muslim Immigration.

America should allow, ONLY those with skill sets and the probability of contributing to our nations economy into America.

  10. Chuck-I agree with your conclusion, but not your history. The Muslim "invasion" of the Iberian Peninsula was well underway and entrenched before the first Crusade (to "recapture" Jerusalem) was declared in 1095 (or so). Muslims, Jews, and Christians co-existed quite peaceably in El Andalus until Ferdinand and Isabella decided to make Spain and Portugal Christian in 1492. Granada has a well-preserved example of life in Spain during this time.

Remember too, the Crusades were conducted not only against Muslims but also against Jews and nonconforming Christians. (Cathars, for example)

  11. The submission of the Iberian Peninsula being "well underway" connotes not only the continuation of the struggle, but the resistance offered by native Spanish Christians to the invaders. How that qualifies as exculpatory evidence in favor of the "Muslims as victims" trope with regard to the Crusades escapes me.

When Obama stands in front of the podium and generalizes about the evils of the Occident with respect to the Crusades, he reveals his knowledge of history is comparable to his knowledge of Health Care.

When General Flynn states that it is "normal" to fear Muslims, he draws on historical facts, not emotion.

The facts are facts and Muslims have, for 1300 years, inflicted death and misery on the "infidel".

The Crusades, were, if clumsy by our standards today, still, a response to Muslim Agrression.

  16. So I was a little off about what year these goat-fucking child molesters think what year it is. They are still doing stuff Christians were doing in the Middle Ages. Problem is they will never have an Age of Enlightenment. Look at Afghanistan in the 70's and how they've chosen (by force) to go back in time in every way. How are we compatible with people who want to live in the stone age? How are we compatible with people who still have honor killings? How are we compatible with people that have young male concubines to rape? Muslim men are largely uneducated and unemployable so why have them here living in the worst parts of town where they have nothing to do other than stew in their inferiority, get more extreme and radical? We already know they take out their insecurities on everything around them. Look at how they treat women. They would absolutely lose control if they didn't rule from the end of a weapon. I didn't vote for Trump but I agree with him here. Keep them out. Look at the serious buyers remorse Germany and Sweden are having. Crime is way up in both countries. Hell, NPR of all people profiled a Syrian immigrant living in Germany that has five wives and 23 children. Last year he received $390,000 in welfare from the German government. 80% of Turkish immigrants are on welfare in Germany . We have enough problems we don't need them here. These are the world's oldest people. They have had since the dawn of civilization to get it right and they can't. And they never will. Let those tribes kill each other and leave us out of it.

  17. Interesting discussions of history. A few minor corrections, at least as I see them.

What we think of as the crusades were long done by 1438. The final Middle East crusade was the sixth, which took place in the mid 13th Century. The Northern Crusades continued for a while longer, mostly by the Teutonic Knights. They were over by 1300, but the Teutonic Knights lasted a century longer.

Persecution of the Cathars by the Church and the French was lots of bad things, but it was never called a crusade.

Before the Islamic conquest, the middle east and north africa had been Christian ever since there was a Christian religion. Most of the doctrine of the early Church was developed there. It is hard for us, in our largely secular time, to understand the intense feeling of religious loss that the very passionate Christians of the time felt about losing the birthplace of their creed. Neither they nor the Muslim conquerors come out of the Crusades untarnished.

There were several sieges of Vienna. The big ones were in about 1530 and in about 1680. It is fascinating to read about them. I do not think it is a stretch to say that the Austrians and their allies saved eastern and central europe from Ottoman Muslim conquest.

  19. "Persecution of the Cathars by the Church and the French was lots of bad things, but it was never called a crusade."

It was called the Albigensian Crusade or Cathar Crusade (1209–1229), initiated by Pope Innocent III to eliminate Catharism in Languedoc, in the south of France.

Other Christian vs. Christian episodes included the Sack of Constantinople in 1204 at the end of the Fourth Crusade.
