Kansas City Mayor Sly Shuffles Staff

Just a quick note on the ongoing remix as Mayor Sly has been taking a low-key approach for the holidays but still seems to be relying on the consulting firm that helped him claim the office.

Here's a note:

  4. So are the statements he made the type of communication we can expect from the Mayors office now. It is nice that Sly now has someone to talk for him as that is one of his weak points. His inability to discuss some topics without getting arrogant and intimidating will now go away. A mouthpiece with a mouthpiece.

  5. If roberts is truly serious about this position, he will not accept pay for it. This is something that should be done on a volunteer basis for the good of the people.

  6. The Dover Strategy Group has really cashed in since it found Sly as a client.
Campaigns, staff positions, and so much more.
What's the current budget of the mayor's office up to now?
And the size of the staff in contrast to prior administrations?
No wonder the city can't afford more cops.

  7. Suburban know nothing, payoff to Larry Jacob.

Expect Sly to go to work for Kauffman Foundation, since Clinton Administration is a no go!!!

  8. Sly working for the Kauffman Foundation would complete it's transition from supporting entrepreneurship to supporting crony capitalism.
