Can the judge use new allegations (merely allegations at this point) to give her a harsher sentence?

The judge can delay sentencing, but it probably wiont mater is. The good news is that if she is convicted for the second violation she is a candidate for the habitual act. That means if she ever steals so much as a piece of gum. She goes away forever. I got money to bet she will go there too.
