They are dopes of course, so are many THOUSANDS who smoke marijuana cause the state that they live in passed a law that supersedes Federal Law? Think about it....
ReplyDeleteKansas setting up its citizens for felony charges. That is interesting. More so because not one Kansas official will help them. I imagine this kind of case will be in court for a while...possibly the US Supreme Court. The accused is right, they need Kansas to step up on this one otherwise they are going to federal prison.

ReplyDeleteAmazing hoe the libtard appointed anti constitution chicken shits go after gun accessories, but have no problem at all with states that pass laws to legalize marihuana - which remains illegal under Federal law. Where is the ACLU? Where is the NRA filing writs requiring Federal prosecutors to enforce Federal drug laws? The government has gotten so political and chicken shit I am troubled to think what eight more years of corruption is going to do to America. What kind of responsible government agents play citizens as pawns in a sick game like this ?
