Weekend Kansas City comedy insight from our pal Craig . . . Checkit:
Dante and Rebekah At Stanfords Legends
These two talented comics met on finals of NBC's Last Comic Standing. They became a couple and remain together on tv, film and stage to this day. Dante's well known celebrity voices of the characters in 'The Wizard Of Oz' got him to the finals and a career way beyond. He has since produced and was on 'Fashion Police' 'The Joan Rivers Show' starred and directed 'Whats Up Bro' with Jammie Kennedy and much more. Rebekah starred in the movie franchise 'Eating Out' and many Life Time movies. She hosted the AVN awards on Showtime and is a hot 'blonde' comic on stage with Dante. It's quite a show.
Heres a good reason to come out to The Legends at Village West and shop, dine and then see a fun comedy show at the new Stanfords. It's week two in the new spot at Legends for Stanfords. Easy to find next to Dave and Busters. It may be the nations nicest comedy theater with a Vegas styled theater and showroom. It's eye poping.
Nice line up for the holidays with 'Breaking Bads' Micheal Steven Quezada next week, coming up Kevin Farley and Michael Winslow, also Josh Wolf and Chris Franjola with April Macie for New Years Eve.
Stanfords would love to have your holiday parties for dinner and show, or just drinks, apps and show this season. For tickets go online to stanfordscomedyclub.com or call the club at 913 400 7500. See you there.
