Hope at least one of the roads at the new Cerner campus is named "KCMO Taxpayers Drive".
They're the ones picking up around $1 billion of the cost of this.
And the campus will be a security fortress that few will leave during the work day, with most of the employees living in Lee's Summit or Johnson County.
