Probably the Plaza , surrounded by empty concrete parking garages , no one is ever down there , you can loot a lot of overpriced shit , cook great steaks since the restaurants are already empty plus no cops are ever interested in going there ¡

even a limited nuclear war between India and Pakistan could result in nuclear winter and world destruction. A much more immediate and destructive thing to worry about then climate change.
