  1. He wasn't arrested for protecting free speech, he was arrested for being an ass hat not listening to police then kept being an ass hat and tried to interfere with the arrest of another person. And the original guy was asked to leave, wouldn't and gets arrested for trespass. Not some 1st amendment bullshit.

  4. The questioner had committed a microagression and had violated the invited speaker's safe space, therefore the first amendment does not apply. I only hope that the speaker was able to find counseling before the damage became permanent.
