Housing numbers haven't been horrible this year but there's a sense among smarter people than TKC that boom over the past couple of years is about to bust.
This would've happened with an interest rate spike but now other looming economic numbers might do the trick of calming some of the irrational exuberance over commercial property that continues to power so many local schemes.
And, with all due respect, if this group were really good at predicting stuff . . . They wouldn't be attending any flyover country University . . .

In other words, everyone is tired of the black crime and bullshit and they are heading to the burbs. I might buy a record willk be set for section 8 housing, but if blacks start buying new houses again, that they can not make payments on, we will have another 2008 in no time.
ReplyDeleteHeaded to the burbs? Nah, people are renting and buying houses and condos left and right in KC. Real estate is super competitive in KC. Westport, Plaza, 39th street, and even mid town apartments are insanely priced right now.
