"Yeah because you'd be in jail" -Donald Trump.

"Priceless!"

Byron:

"Hillary won the debate. Donald came across like the bully he is. He appealed only to his base of angry middle class white men who are playing the eternal victim. (See above comments.) He has no clue how to be President or Presidential. That's why he can't answer policy questions. When he's asked for specifics he just returns to his doom & gloom rhetoric."

"I think we are in for a very hard 4 years, no matter who wins. I am old, and my doctor can heavily medicate me with no consequences. But I worry about the kids and grandkids."

  1. The debate was a draw but I think Hillary needed a win here and she didn't get it. She had Trump on the ropes and she didn't, couldn't go in for the kill.

Trump once again saved himself by being himself. That is the same thing that pushed him over the top of the other GOP competition.

Have to say that I was disappointed with Hillary Clinton's performance. There are a lot of ways she could've handled this but she was on the defensive all night.

    Too bad.

Nobody ever said beating Trump was going to be easy.

  3. A Byron quote?

Interesting, I guess he is a dyed in the wool Democrat but I don't think he has much insight on what most people think.

As for the debate, we didn't see much that will change people's minds last night. Instead, just more nasty talk and proof the way we pick a president has devolved.

  4. I was hoping when it was all said & done, Donald would ask her if she wanted to go git a steak or whateva..

  5. All the Democratic Party had to offer was a political wife and a tired old socialist. But the Republicans just had to top those worthless choices by nominating the only person who could lose to the afore mentioned. Both parties are so corrupt and incompetent that they should be disbanded. Perhaps the Republicans will collapse like the Whigs and the Democrats can just remain the party of organized graft.

  9. Trump Won hands Down

Super Dave is right this statement by Donald says just what a mass majority of America thinks.

"Yeah because you'd be in jail" -Donald Trump.

Should she be in jail? I am sure in all the smoke yes there is a charge she is guilty of. Byron likes to think of Trump as a bully but as always he has his head up his ass. Facts and history have proven who is the bully and the bully is Hillary hands down.

It's two actors putting on a play

  11. Hillary won. Trump and his supporters are trash. You can't win with just the angry white vote.

  15. I look at these candidates and I have to ponder how a country became so divided that we end up with two complete flakes running for the mist powerful office in the world. More concerning is the FACT that one of these screwballs is actually going to be president which will only further divide the country.

Americans need to embrace the idea of more than two political parties for a myriad of reasons including forcing compromise in congress in order to gain majorities. Second it is clear that millions of Americans are being forced to accept candidates that represent extremes in party philosophies when the majority of Americans are much more moderate. It is going to take money and leadership, but the ongoing power plays between two parties that have failed Americans has got to change. We are headed for a very dark period.

  16. Oh sure, 7:14, and HER will take hot sauce HER keeps in her purse and douse HER steak real heavy. That way HER won't be "no wayz tahred" in case there's more "sniper fire to dodge", "super-predators" lurking, "bimbo eruptions" to investigate, subpoenaed emails to "wipe like with a cloth or something", and ESPECIALLY if all those "irredeemables" in that "basket of deplorables" show up.

  17. I read last week that 3 more of Clinton's staff were granted immunity. That doesn't sound like like an absolvement of guilt. While u doubt she lands in jail, it's difficult to imagine that she spends more than a year in office prior to being impeached.

One thing that I found troubling was Trump's continued talk of abolishing carried interest. It's hard to imagine that his real estate partnerships from his early days would have yielded enough income for him to grow to the size that he has without the exclusion. I despise businessmen that promote tax and regulatory changes that are aimed primarily at upstart competitors in their fields.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Trump won and was ready. Clinton is a lying career politician. Throw these bums out we have to donsomething different. I'm done with the GOP as well after this.

#MAGA on bitches! If trump ran as a democrat, all these democrats trash talking him would be justifying him. That's how programmed people are.

  19. 7:02 nailed it.

  20. 9:27 Agreed. Hillary Clinton was nominated by 51% of 25-30% who are Democrats in this country. So at best 15% of all voters supported her in the primaries. Trump was probably more like 40% of 25% or 10% of the voters. So in the general election you have two candidates that who probably have less than 20% each who actually are happy with their choice.

I don't think it matters who wins, both are dishonest and incompetent. I will vote for Gary Johnson and on November 9th I will go on with my life as best I can and sleep well at night.

First, I begin by thanking TKC and some of his bloggers. Though jokingly, they were correct. Triggers. Mass assault on anyone who has ever been a victim, being re victimized again. This time by the millions, worldwide by a ma that wants to be president. Woke up confused, ill, agitated, flashbacks? Triggers. Bad marriage, boyfriend, girlfriend, raped, abused, assaulted? There should have been a warning that listening to this debate might cause serious triggers. None of MSM caught that. Only TKC. This blog questioned it.

This is not a joke. Having those women sit in the same room let alone have a news conference before is re victimizing them. They will go home messed up. Rich. But fucked up. There are ways to desensitize from these triggers. Hillary was showing peace and calm. Yes, the attack was disguised in HUMOR. Stays with you longer. Gets repeated. Your triggers attacked again and again. Raping the mass mind of America. Not good. Yes, he's friends with Putin. Scary.

Funny show...messed with America's mind for decades to come. To women of rape, children, men, assault, racial hatred, anxiety, fear,
Seperatism and four years of that? War is enivitable...our poor America just has it's first attack against itself by on man. Verbal visual lynching en masse.

    1. Nice spin. Those ladies chose to be there because they had been systematically left out of the discussion.

The Trump/Putin meme has no legs, and was only invented to deflect attention away from the massive corruption and media collusion proved by wikileaks. Today is the second round of Podesta email revelations. Anyway, this is the Clinton pattern. Deny, spin, attack.

Your comments are somewhat bizarre and silly.

  25. 10:21 Why do you think someone who does not support the constitution would appoint supreme court justices who do? Neither Trump nor Hillary will appoint anyone but those who support their wants and their donor wants, the constitution be damned.

"Super Dave is right this statement by Donald says just what a mass majority of America thinks."

No it doesn't. What the 'mass majority' of America thinks is that with this one comment, beyond all doubt, he showed that he should not be allowed to be President.

    1. In your tiny mind, perhaps. There is still an election, you see, and like him or not Trump masterfully deflected this eleven year old comment about sexual assault by putting actual victims of Bill's sexual assault front and center. :)

  29. That was bizarre. This debate didn't leave people upset, not inspired. Unfounded. I feel better already.who doesn't want to hear about rape and abuse and trauma to start your day. Sleep well last night?

  30. Oops more talk of trauma. A boomerang effect...it stays with you. Four years. America is a great country. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. It will get better. My vote counts. Too many fought to get it. I aim to keep it. Democracy. The Constitution stands for me. Don't throw it away.

    1. I understand that but in no way can I support Gary Johnson either,
Not a bad guy, but not presidential material. I'll admit I'm not too familiar with Jill Stein and the Green Party. I don't like the fact that I'm not voting but honestly believe it speaks louder than a wasted vote on a candid that's not qualified.

  32. Nobody has a problem with a candidate threatening persecution of political enemies? Hello? This is straight up KGB shit people. The Democrats did it with the IRS attacking conservative organizations, and now you have a candidate for president declaring that he will use his office to attack those that disagree with him.

I guess nobody here gets it.

    ReplyDelete

    1. You don't get it. Again, nice spin. Trump mentioned a special prosecutor-which would be the constitutional thing to do. As an added bonus, the Clintons are no stranger to the process.

Try again. Only Hillary could be so weak against Trump right now.

    2. Wow. The level of brainwashing 141. Can't even see the whole field at once. Toss aside anything that doesn't jive with your opinion. It's people like you, closed minded, little minded, people that are destroying our Constitution.

      Delete
    3. Closed minded enough not to swallow media spin without question, and to actually pay attention to what is said. Brainwashing would be what you experience--uncritical, blind acceptance of the latest demonization. That, actually, is the real danger to our Constitution.

Was I wrong in any detail? Just mad because what I said was true? I'd love it if the Dems had been able to field a candidate who didn't have the colossal Clinton baggage, but there you are.

Advice: Consume a variety of news sources. Actually read. Think.

  33. Third party votes will mean and do nothing, and are probably a vote for Clinton.

Another sad fact is that YOUR vote means nothing.
The election will be rigged and/or decided not by your vote, but by electoral votes.

I predict that Clinton wins, but when Trump demands an investigation, it's found that she's complicit in a rigged presidential election. Who the fuck knows what might happen after that?

  35. This was not some fight at the OK Corral. They scooted on the real issues. Hillary touched bases a bit. Attack is not the key. You are not going to always work with someone you like , right? Congress? So you have to get along. Find some common governance or implode. Not do as I say or I come after you and your family and your little dog too. Threats like that sound familiar?

    1. The Clintons actually have a long history of persecution. As one minor example, how did they treat Monica Lewinsky before physical evidence was produced verifying her claims? And this is your first female prez, happy to be a partner in her husband's out of control sexual impropreity. Not just talking about it eleven years ago.

Mad at that country? Launch an attack? The CIA and other intelligence will be busy and hiring like crazy...business is important. How are going to bring everyone together? Not pull this country apart in little pieces. That was the Civil war.

  42. And I am not opposed to hearing both sides. The moe educated the public is, the more mindful they will be no matter who is elected. We are living in strange days. A year in politics versus thirty will show in the early months and in staff choice. Thirty years and let's make a deal will get things moving in a stagnate two houses. Business and the Hill are two similar but very, very different animals.
