Presented as fact and "news" here's Dead Tree Media desperately attempting to convince readers that one of the ritziest corridors in Kansas City needs more money for beautification whilst the rest of this town looks like a pothole minefield. You decide: Meyer Circle Sea Horse Fountain in need of repairs

  8. 9:52am – the boulevard tax was eliminated a while back. City is adding and increasing every tax on earth, but thought the boulevard tax should go.

  11. The fountain has looked bad all summer not being in service. The way KCMO spends money with reckless abandon, it's not like the fountains are going to make or break the city.

  12. The City of Fountains seems to have trouble coming up with money to fix the fountains. But has plenty of money to give tourist free trolley rides.
