It's really not the job of a slum lord to classify the offense. Let the police do that. They probably don't want the tenants demanding increased security.
ReplyDeleteIt may not be his job, but it's certainly his privilege to contradict the reported account if he believes it's mistaken.
ReplyDeleteI expect the tenants can have more security any time they want to pay for it through rent increases.
