ReplyDeleteJasper's is a very classy restaurant. They require good clothes and manners from their patrons and that is refreshing. Their restaurant is clean and elegant. It's fine dining the way that Kansas City used to do it. If you have the means, visit this place. Customers with class won't be disappointed.
