TKC TOLD YOU SO!!! KANSAS CITY BILLION DOLLAR BOND ISSUE COMING SOON!!!

We've been talking about this one for more than a year and now a quiet, tightly regulated public chat will start the "official" conversation: KC City Manager to speak about infrastructure and possible bond proposal

  1. Why would anyone buy a negative yielding bond?

  3. No need for bonds. Taxes on the $2+ billion of development the streetcar brought to the City should easily pay for the infrastructure improvements.

  4. City gives away millions to developers, lawyers, friends and grifters. Continually rising water bill yet sewers and drains overflowing every time it rains. Trash that isn't picked up floating in all the sewage. Tax abated properties. Tax adjusted properties for big donors. Severely understaffed Police Department. Taxpayer money shifted around so fast no one can keep track of it for favored projects And they want the public to ante even more money?

  5. Troy Schulte couldn't sell life vests on the Titantic.
In fact, he couldn't GIVE them away.
What a great spokesman for convincing the public to approve billions in bonds.

  6. Audit first.
