ReplyDeleteThose of us who attended the Plaza Art Fair in say 1970 probably don't really remember seeing any security roaming around.
ReplyDeleteNow in 2016 most people don't even want to be in the Plaza area after dark even with added roaming security.
Now just who do we blame for this change that has taken place?
Plaza Art Fair used to be considered world class.
