Why is it when White people live in homes built in the 1800's, the properties are historic but when black people live in the same type of property, it's blighted?

DeleteTragic. This house was magnificently restored over the past decade and was easily among the most beautiful and historic homes in Northeast. God bless the home owners, and KCFD for their work battling this blaze.
