What was his crime? We know its not illegal to either have a weapon or ride an ATV. So, what did he do?

ReplyDeleteThis case comes down to whether the judge says the peaceful journey statute that allows loaded guns in vehicles will apply to an ATV. Nowhere in the statute does it say the vehicle has to be licensed, legal or that engaging in a traffic offense effects the travelers right to have the weapon. This is one that could go through appeals if the libtard judges get ahold of it.
ReplyDeletePS: Given that we were riding horses when the statute became law my money is on no charges on the weapon unless the guy was a convicted felon or he was committing a felony at the time he had the weapon. Since the local press half assed this story like most we will have to wait to get answers.
