  3. Ummmmmmm, according to what I just read they are very liable.

  4. 8:18, I saw nothing in the attached article that would substantiate liability on the owner of the business (the perp's mom is another story). What did you read that makes you think there's liability?

  5. Why isn't her children included in the lawsuit? Ask Stacy Shaw

  6. Nothing,an employee confronted Bell when he entered the store and told him to leave , that takes the responsibility off the store.
Bell's mom phoned Cheri telling her that she deserves whatever happens she brought it on herself.
Theres no lawsuit against the store.

  7. This suit wont last 20 minutes. Since when does an employer have to provide personal protection for a dumb broad who picks a psycho boyfriend? Get the fuck outta here!

  8. The typical 7th Heaven Employee had never been known to make smart choices, but the manager failed to do her duty in a major way by not calling the police to protect the property, it's employees, or it's customers. She fully knew about her son's history if abusing Bland, as well as knowledge of Bland's attempts to keep herself and her baby safe. Because the manager fucked up and made a selfish choice which ultimately resulted in Bland dead, 7th Heaven is indeed liable. It happened on their property with a manager who was still working. Their fault for hiring a negligent fuckhead for a manager.

  12. I thought I read the perp's mother WAS the store manager. Businesses are liable for what their managers do and don't do.
