You know what the Salvation Army will do with that van? They will go downtown and feed all the bums and crackheads that have sex, do drugs and poop in Ilus Davis Park right next to City Hall. The bums congregate, cause disturbances and throw their Salvation Army trash all over the place. The good news you can have a nice view of all this from your new $2500 a month two bedroom apartment in the Pickwick Building.
