Very simple solution. Residents in the area and employees who work there should be given a hang tag that is a permit for all day parking. Everyone else limited to 2 or 3 hours. And start charging for the streetcar. Then all the parking freeloaders will go back to parking where they work.

ReplyDeleteThe MAX parking at 3rd and Grand will be going away once that corner development begins. An 8 story office building and apartments are going up on the park-n-ride lot and there will be nowhere for MAX or streetcar riders to park. Total cluster f*&k.
