Yup a shit load of new bureaucracy and adopting a plain ol' mutt will cost $250 - $300 in no time - while they scratch their ass and put more healthy animals down.

ReplyDeleteGreat news! Animals need and deserve our support and care. I'd much rather my tax dollars go to support pets in need than a lot of other city projects.
