Note much excitement in the docket this week except for SWEET DEAL for a local advertising firm paying pennies on the dollar to lease space at the mostly empty Downtown Airport . . .
Take a look and realize the desolate digs more than pays for itself when gazing upon all those suckers up the hill paying full price.

There are plenty of empty office buildings in Downtown. If City Hall is so interested in revitalizing Downtown, why are they renting out the airport?

ReplyDeleteHope that was a triple net lease. The Downtown Airport building is even older than the ones at KCI which the City wants to tear down because they are too old to maintain.
