Take a look and realize the desolate digs more than pays for itself when gazing upon all those suckers up the hill paying full price.

There are plenty of empty office buildings in Downtown. If City Hall is so interested in revitalizing Downtown, why are they renting out the airport?

VML employees must be taking the streetcar to work, the parking lot is half empty these days.

If VML would have gotten a market rate lease in a Downtown building, would the taxpayers still have to a $700,000 leasing commission?

Bunch of white guys in suits and ties. So much for the ad biz being all hip and cutting-edge and creative. These guys look like a gang of undertakers.

Vml - worst agency in KC.

Hope that was a triple net lease. The Downtown Airport building is even older than the ones at KCI which the City wants to tear down because they are too old to maintain.
