Initial report from a few social media outlets . . . "Manholes on 10th downtown are exploding ..."
NO REPORTS OF INJURY and some note the smoke clearing now.
KCTV5 confirms it and reports firefighters on the scene: The fire broke about 2:30 p.m. Saturday near 10th and Central streets.
