    If Prairie Village Po Po would spend as much time in the neighborhoods as they did in Mission Hills, dorking around at Starbucks,the Village Shops, and Cornith Square, they just might catch a crook or two.

    That's the problem when you think you're the Fashion Police who drive around the shopping centers instead of out doing some real Po PO type work.
