The city is going to blow all of this money on the track and field of Central High School centralized in inner-ghettoville. Are you fucking kidding me? These mopes don't even use the Olympic size indoor swimming pool. Hell they will just destroy it. Well, I guess at least the KCFD Fire house located just to the west of the track will benefit from it. BTW, artificial turf? Those little shits will destroy it, just you wait.
