Here's today's Schlitterbahn update which takes a bit of pressure off the broke-ass amusement park workers and shifts the blame back to the ride's designers and the owners of the park . . . Still, this shouldn't make the tragedy any less horrific.

Fox4: Police dispute PEOPLE magazine’s claim that raft carrying Caleb Schwab was under weight requirement
KSHB: Caleb Schwab and the two women with him on a raft at the Verruckt water slide were within weight limits set by Schlitterbahn management.
KMBC: The combined weights of the three passengers on the raft where Schwab died was 545 pounds, within the limits.

This is a so-called technology "magnet" school made up of of half beaners and half poor ghetto blacks.
All of the administrators I had contact with were angry black women with plastic hair weaves speaking in ghetto ebonics.
I saw one white cop bringing a Hispanic kid to the principal's office, but all of the teachers etc. were black women. The principal and vice principal were both black women. This is the point of the Affirmative Action degrees. These things are the new ruling class. They will run all the public/service positions in the near future. Their job is to tell whitey no and deny us access to our government and our kids.
You have to hire them. You can't fire them, criticize them, or disagree with them. They are dumb, loud, bossy, illiterate whores, and can barely get a full sentence out. One of them was pregnant with no wedding ring. She kept bitching about being hot.
2 short beaners showed up to pick up their kid while I was waiting. The woman was short brown squat Mexican, the man was a tattooed sag pants whigger in his late 30s surfing an iPhone. No wedding rings. Probably on food stamps and HUD. They didn't speak any English at all, and it was hilarious to hear the stupid black woman and the beaner mom trying to communicate. Pathetic. She was there to pull her kid out for the day, but could not give an excuse because she only spoke Mexican.
I hate these turd world assholes.

Well OK....my questions were answered. Thank you. I'll be watchful over the. Years involving the case. The family. Well, each year you live with it better. And adjust. Everyone mourns differently and in their own way and time. You never get over it, you get use to them not there.. Yet you feel them there. Even for the two boys gone the other day.

But I talk to my kids some don't. They can and still do ask me tell me anything. They'll go to find answers whether you like it or not. It's a different world. You have no right to tell anyone when to stop mourning. You get me. You got no right.

ReplyDeleteWhile the weight was within approved range as a total, it wasn't distributed safely.
Weight front to back in the raft was 73 pounds, 197 pounds, 275 pounds. The front of raft was not heavy enough keep that end on the slide when cresting the hill.
The weight in the middle and back would have also pushed down disproportionately at the expense of the front end. The front of the raft was pushed into the netting and steel wiring covering the ride.
If the boy was in back, the raft may have been whip-lashed into the netting causing injury. The middle would have likely been the only 'safe' position.
It appears that the testing assumed equal distribution of weight in each raft. If they did test and find that occupants needed to be seated according to weight, that apparently was never communicated to the operators of the ride.
The physics will be worked and presented at trial. Then the physics of liability will take over.
