A great local push once again FAILS to realize that civic leaders can't contradict Missouri State Law . . . It's the same problem that "Fight For $15" advocates confront . . .     An ordinance wont fly in Missouri since the county sheriff, state troopers, AG,county prosecutors and the Feds can still enforce law inside the city.
