ReplyDeleteDon't worry, folks! Things are safer than they've ever been in Kansas City!!! We have a black police chief and mayor and third district city council persons, etcétera, etcétera. Dying in Kansas City streets is old hat. Despite the youth of the third district council people who, by the way, are in the age range of most of the victims dying on Kansas City streets AND who participate in grifting organizations like Adhoc Group Against Crime, there's not a single, fresh idea stemming for these so-called political leaders. In fact, with all the scandal they fling in the turd district, its a wonder the violence has yet target them. Results, responsibility, unity, peace and progress are just fun, buzz words for press releases, ribbon cutting ceremonies and self-promotion. Now back to your regularly scheduled propaganda, urban gunfights and stray bullets.

ReplyDelete"Stop and search" is no longer an option. They can't read minds. If they stop more blacks than whites they are racists. If they enforce the law at all in neighborhoods where crime is rampant they are racists.
Look at the silver lining.
There are more dead thugs than ever off of the streets in this new "Ferguson Effect" America. White people are buying guns at a world record pace and realize that the law can no longer protect them. In my opinion, the people I know, who are now armed and dangerous, will shoot to kill when any thugs invade homes and neighborhoods for plunder, murder and rape.
In Waldo, where I live, even the died in the wool, Democrat Liberals that live here, are ready to shoot with few exceptions. You can talk all that Kumbaya shit all ya want, but when it is your family, wife, daughter and friends, EVERYONE IS A CONSERVATIVE.
Funny how the truth of black dysfunction, encouraged, supported and glorified by the Left, is 100% understood when you are in harm's way. It's ok with Progressives, to scream about gun control and Black Lives Matter, racism, blah, blah, blah.... That's because those same LIBS either live in white neighborhoods or have never been faced with the endemic and pervasive violence that accompanies large black populations.

FACT 1. Over 1,400 more black Americans murdered other blacks in two years than were lynched from 1882 to 1968.
According to FBI data, 4,906 black people murdered other blacks in 2010 and 2011. That is 1,460 more black Americans killed by other blacks in two years than were lynched from 1882 to 1968, according to the Tuskegee Institute.
FACT 2. Black People (mostly men) commit a grossly disproportionate amount of crime.
In 2012, white males were 38 percent of the population and committed 4,582 murders. That same year, black males were just 6.6 percent of the population but committed a staggering 5,531 murders.
In other words: black people–at just a fifth of the size–committed almost 1,000 more murders than their white counterparts.
The figures above highlight a horrific truth that black racialists and white liberals routinely ignore: Lawbreaking black Americans, young black males particularly, put themselves in close proximity to (mostly white male) police officers at rates sometimes five to 10 times higher than whites. This is a recipe for disaster. Thusly….
FACT 3. Despite making up just 13% of the population, blacks committed half of homicides in the United States for nearly 30 years.
DOJ statistics show that between 1980 and 2008, black people committed 52% of homicides.
In 2013, black criminals committed 38% of the murders. Whites accounted for just 31 percent.
There are five times fewer black people than white people in America and, yet, they consistently carry out a larger share of the crimes? Given this rate, it’s no wonder that there aren’t more assistances where cops kill black criminals.
FACT 4. Chicago’s death toll is almost equal to that of both wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, combined.
There have been almost as many deaths in one American city as there have been in the two major wars carried out by the U.S. military this century.
Chicago’s death toll from 2001–November, 26 2015 stands at 7,401. The combined total deaths during Operation Iraqi Freedom (2003-2015: 4,815) and Operation Enduring Freedom/Afghanistan (2001-2015: 3,506), total 8,321.
FACT 5. It would take cops 40 years to kill as many black men as have died at the hands of others black men in 2012 alone.
University of Toledo criminologist Dr. Richard R. Johnson examined the latest crime data from the FBI’s Supplementary Homicide Reports and Centers for Disease Control and found that an average of 4,472 black men were killed by other black men annually between Jan. 1, 2009, and Dec. 31, 2012.
Professor Johnson’s research further concluded that 112 black men died from both justified and unjustified police-involved killings annually during this same period.

More families suffering horrible losses. It is heartbreaking and where is the outrage? Where is KCNOVA, Aim4Peace,Mothers in Charge? Where is the supposed leadership in the upper echelon of the KCPD? Realistically we know you cannot predict and therefore prevent 99.9% of murders but there needs to be a sustained and straightforward message to the community to snitch and snitch often. Say what you see and if you're (understandably) afraid then call TIPS. If something isn't right in your household have the courage to confront it and do the right thing. The life you save may literally be yours or someone you love. By the same token the so-called leaders in our communities need to step it up and take this message everywhere...and stop worrying about hurting feelings and stop pandering to selective groups. It's getting old and disgusting.

ReplyDeleteI live in mid-town and I am finished with this Mayor, Peters-Baker, Chief and Jolie. I drank the coolaid and told everyone it's going to get better. My part of town is suffering record robberies, people are dying all over the city. Violent crime is out of control and no one gives a damn. Our next mayor isn't on this council. Someone has to call bullshit. From all accounts Forte is a nice man, but it's pretty obvious he's lost control of his own ship. When will someone step up and grab control of this mess? I attended one of Jolie's task force meetings and they have not done anything of substance. If the Governor does run this department he has to get rid of those that are overseeing it. Something major has to happen. Bodies are piling up and residents are scared.

The board of police commissioners is the entity that is tasked with running the KCPD. They are Forte's bosses (well, they're supposed to be anyway). They COULD do something and they SHOULD do something, but WILL they? Morale is at an all-time low, no one feels they are being supported, and we have a chief who continually demeans and ignores his employees. HELP!!! The men and women who serve our city deserve better than this and so do the citizens of this city.

ReplyDeleteDear Mr. Tony: Thanks for posting this info. KCMO's homicide numbers are higher in 2016 than they were at this point in 2015--as is true also of big cities like Chicago and Philadelphia. If the Justice Department would stop stalling on releasing the 2015 FBI's Uniform Crime Report, which should have been released the first week of May 2016, we would finally be able to see how much crime increased in 2015 from 2014. Personally, I do not expect this report to be released until after the 2016 election--it has too much damaging data that will embarrass a lot of powerful people in the US political class. Take care!!
