    It doesn't matter what or how fast its built. Its going to be staffed by primarily Black people. Because of that (poor service, higher probability of encountering Blacks, whatever is done will look like shit (or feel like shit in no time). I won't ever step foot there.

    Look at the details.....the project is needed....why can't the City of Kansas City find Developers that actually live in Kansas City, Missouri. Underneath the project is the same playbook as the downtown hotel....just on a smaller scale. These are the East of troost crumbs... Basic services and lower water bills would be more appreciated....rather than putting a lot of money in the hands of consultants and "pre-developers".
