TKC MUST SEE!!! WITNESS KANSAS CITY POETRY AND INTERPRETIVE DANCE!!!

After a week of blogging local political slap fighting, the depressing choice of Presidential candidates and the rising rate of local murder and violence . . . We're feeling just a bit squirrelly and want to share our love of the arts . . .

To wit . . .

CHECK THIS KANSAS CITY MUST SEE CROSSROADS CLIP FEATURING YOUNG WOMEN EXPRESSING THEIR CREATIVITY THROUGH THE MAJESTY OF SILLY INTERPRETIVE DANCE AND HORRIBLE POETRY!!!

These college babes recently interrupted the people-watching schmooze fest on First Friday with this performance that sheds a bit of light on the reality of the local arts scene . . .

This one will probably get taken down right away if we aren't nice so we encourage our blog denizens to be supportive if only because it's rare that young white women are so unintentionally hilarious and this attraction on the toy train line is part of the so-called "Creative Class" touted by City Hall that's supposedly more important than boring stuff like fixing street lights, filling potholes or doing work on old & busted water mains.

You decide . . .

After the performance, the trio was overheard asking, "So, do you want to go over to Starbucks now?"

As they left the platform, Peregrine Honig had begun to disrobe, claiming that she could top them.
