I agree with Alonzo. The media unfairly labeled all the young adults in the video as a theiving, black mob. Now, they didn't say the word "black" but it was implied. And the comments to the three different threads on this site proves that it was taken in that nwgative context. Kansas City pretends that they are not racists society but it sho' nuf is. Where's the video and media coverage highlighting the same crowds of Whites. It happens. It just doesn't make the news. Nobody is trying to keep white people in fear and at odds with themselves. They are trying to put black humans against white humans so they can justify being inhumane against black people. The best way to do that is to dehumanize, villify, besmirch thier character and make blanket, broad, negative statements and apply them to an entire, diverse group of people. Keep telling the lie and it is eventually believable.
