  2. The mansionizers claimed that real estate activity would stall in Kansas City neighborhoods, but the same realtors are still hard at work with the same door knocking, mailers, flyers, and ads. They still are shilling with form letters designed to look like hand-written notes from people who claim they want to move into the neighborhood and desperately want to buy a house.

  5. The average price for a home anywhere is over $100,000.

    Meanwhile, wages remain stagnant, & the minimum wage can't go up because that would cause an increase in the cost of hamburgers. (Why are they called hamburgers when they're not made of ham, but beef, allegedly?)
