Exactly! Sure businesses are willing to help a cities plan, but when they are plagued by shoplifters, false claims,liability abd thieves drunken customers and goons they wont be sticking around. Multiple owners have accepted the challenge and paid for their mistake. Perhaps the best solution is to just starve the low lifes out and don't yield to the temptation to accept that city leaders actually know anything about which they bark..

Even if the Supreme Court sides 100 percent with the city I guarantee before the issue can be place on the ballot the State Legislature will simply create a bill making cities dictating wage levels illegal. This who charade is a bunch of time and money wasting baloney.
