  1. This article is more like hate speech. Im tired of the violence too but not because I think I'm better than anyone else or that cops and citizens are not equal in their humanity. Doesnt matter the role you play in society. Being a police officer involves risks and sometimes those risks are realizef through their job. The way I see it, the cop died doing a job he knew could end this way. Its no different than when men are sent to war. I'm tired of the white bread suggestion that cops are more human and worthwhile than anybody else. They arent. Should people be aware and avoid placing them in danger? Sure. Its part of the job. He'd be alive right now, if he were a receptionist. Shit happens. Get over it.

  2. Yeah, let the phone ring and dont use any of our tax dollars to pay salaries for police and their pensions, too. No service, no salary. That's the way it should be. Hazards of the job include death. Police sign up for it every day. Whether they die by gun fire, mistake in strategy, auto accident - all of these things are part and parcel of the job. Does it suck to have to deal with death? Yes. That's where the focus should be. It shouldnt be on divisive hate speech. This write up is like a call to action to get people riled up and focused again on race. It should be about how to cope with death and unplanned events in our daily lives. Having a healthy attitude about it is probably more helpful than ranting about how uncouth and undophisticated you feel others are. Those are opinions and not a fact and it doesnt make anyone feel any better about what occurred.

  4. What the fuck do they think they are getting those nice pensions and salaries for?

The answer is not to stand around and direct traffic at parades; it's to assume risks that the rest of society doesn't want to and deal with the trash and shitheels of society.

Like the military they are hired dogs to deal with the scum of society.

Sorry, but they know that going in.

You can't reap the benefits and then complain about the basic job description.

"...tired of the White Bread suggestion"? That statement is totally racist!
Good black. brown, and white folk are tired of the senseless killing.
Blacks are NOT killed disproportionately when compared to white or brown. Read the newest/latest Yale study just out last week or two.

  6. I'm tired of turn on the news & seeing that yet another unarmed black man has been shot & killed by racist police men.

Oakland had three police chiefs in ten days & it wasn't because of BLM thuggery, it was about cop thuggery. This is just one example. The police aren't saints.

    1. And I'm quite sure neither are you. Why don't you and idiots like you police yourselves and see how that works out for you. I'm gonna bet not too damn well.
