    Meanwhile, asphalt streets disintegrate into rubble. Water main leaks make the city look like it's built of one huge spring. Crime is rampant and brazen criminals increase their presence.

    Power & Blight luxury apartments? Holy shit, who wants to live in a neighborhood where the principal attraction is drunk 20-somethings regurgitating their dinner on the sidewalks? I wouldn't want to live among that even if you paid my rent for me.
