    We have snow warnings in the winter, storm warnings in spring and heat warnings in the summer. Who would have thought it so dangerous to live in the midwest?

    9:46 - Baloney. The average high for Kansas City in July is 90 degrees, with an all time high of 112 in 1954. According to you, the average high temperature so far in Summer 2016 was 105 (90 + 15). We have not experienced a single day with that heat, much less an average. Stop making stuff up.
