Show-Me Tiger 'Perfect Storm' For Protest

The acting Mizzou Prez "touched on a number of issues growing out of the protests, from promises to create required courses and staff training about diversity to protesters’ efforts to declare a media-free “safe space” and the continuing controversy over former Assistant Professor Melissa Click’s actions and the decision to fire her." Middleton blames complacent leaders, 'perfect storm' for outcome of University of Missouri protests

  1. If those pandering sonzabitches think I am sending my kid to that MU shit hole to be forced to take classes on how to let the coons have their way on everything the State can bite my ass. This shit has gone way to far. If there are any politicians left in this state who aren't on a steady diet of coon dick it would be nice to have some common sense applied to that institute of stu-fucking-pidity.

  5. When I was at MU many years ago I had 4 Cambodian neighbors. They barely spoke English, had few fellow countrymen, no money but were just happy to be there. They left to try to get their families out of Cambodia before the Khmer Rouge killed them. I never knew what happened to them, they were probably some of the 2 million who were murdered.
But now we have a pampered minority destroying the university because some redneck called them names. They can't appreciate the opportunities they have been given, they can only see the perceived slights.

  6. What, things not going so well at Spearchucker U?

  7. Things do not bode well when the Administration says it will take action to try to get off AAUP's censure list. We can count on a pander-fest from now on.

  8. It's time for those in charge to take back their universities from administrators and professors who think the university exists for them instead of the students. There are ten qualified individuals for every professor job. If they don't like their job go out in the business world and give it a try.

So the professor's union wants to censure the university - who cares? If a professor doesn't want to work for MU let them leave, they are easily replaced.

  9. First MU abandoned regional sports then pandered to the squeaky wheel snowflake liberals. St. Louis can have it. Kansas City is KU territory, both sides of the state line.

  10. It's so sad and disheartening that a handful of wild-eyed racist crazies can turn seemingly intelligent college administrators into sniffling, scared rabbits. This whole bunch has turned a beautiful, historical institution of higher learning into a scary hot mess. I hope somebody gets a handle on it and sets things back on the right path. Of course they'll be labeled as racists, haters, and worse because that's the only way they think. Shameful!

  11. It must be really bad at MU. After watching Tiffany Melecio's speech at the MU Orlando vigil, I am convinced the racism must be horrific. It must be a very scary place for anyone lacking privilege. Middleton has quite a task. I think the first thing "they" should do is expel any student who has a white sheet on their bed.

    1. Your kid wouldn't stand a chance of being admitted so that works out for you, doesn't it?
