SHOCK!!! SNAP SEYZ MEGACHURCH SEEKS TO 'FORCIBLY OUT' ABUSED YOUNGSTERS!!

In a recent, scathing presser . . . Kansas City victim's rights advocates call out the legal defense tactics of a suburban megachurch.

Checkit:

SNAP: "In a new court filing, a Kansas City church is trying to force two girls who were abused by a now-imprisoned child molester to publicly reveal their names. We are appalled."

Deets:

"This mean-spirited move will deter others who see, suspect or suffer child sex crimes into staying silent, enabling more predators to hurt more kids. It will also rub more salt into the already deep and still fresh wounds of this suffering family. It is a shameful move by officials who profess to be “Christians.”"

Read the whole thing . . . And realize suburban Megachurches are now under increased scrutiny about their alleged misdeeds.

  3. The kid was no believer. I have heard atheists talking about going to that big Church in South Leawood and talk about meeting MILFS.

This punk couldn' relate to grown women, so he target young Christian girls.

  5. I see no problem with providing victims names. Why should anyone be ashamed because they were a victim. However, given that fact that the press seldom speak a lot of truth there should be laws governing their activities.

  6. That church is not right. Time to find another. They already know. Now it's avoiding a lawsuit.

  7. The church has a right to defend itself in court. The criminal in this case is in prison and now it's all about the money. A church with 7.000 members can hardly be expected to keep track of everyone of them at every single second.

That said, for the religious bigots here, you need not worry, Moriarty is one of the worst judges in the state and he seems to hate religious folks so I'm betting these people will make out just fine.
