However, she might be trying to weasel around the fact that she was not fired immediately and therefor the conduct was not gross enough to warrant termination for any reason other than political balony. You would think the school geniuses would be smart enough to see that possibility, but they could get screwed for playing around with her funky ass for weeks before firing her. The theory being; If her conduct warranted termination then why the hell didn't they fire her immediately. It ain't like they didn't have video of it.
