Actually the conservation department required a small yellow sticker to be placed on shotguns that says "be safe". Its simply amazing, hunting accidents declined dramatically with that simple sticker. So a new city program should be implemented that requires all guns to have that small yellow sticker. I can see a new organization to be in charge, some city council member's mistress will have an executive director job and the media will present it as the next big thing to turn around KCMO.
