Let's just call a spade a spade here. The 'Ferguson Reforms' were aimed at eliminating accountability for negroes in urban areas, for the sole purpose insuring Democrats stayed in power.

It's not "blight", it's simply the way NIGGERS live.

The property is blighted because its not worth repairing. Its not worth repairing because no property in a crime ridden area is worth much. You can't change basic economics. If a home needs $30K in repairs and it will be worth $25K when repairs are completed guess what?

Of course it's bullshit. It's Patrick Touhey shilling for Uncle Rex with half-truths, misdirection and lies. Maybe east siders should pay attention to Tooley and the Trickle Down Clowns showing their real colors, and how they really feel about investing in the priorities of the people who actually make their homes in KC's east side.
