ReplyDeleteI had a run-in with the deceased guy inside the stadium before he was killed. He thought I was in his seat but I was not. He was very, very drunk. He argued with me some and for a minute I thought he might throw a punch. I was not worried in the least if he did try to punch me. He was so drunk I would have just ducked and he would have fell over. I considered him almost completely defenseless he was so drunk. Now fast-forward to the parking lot where the really drunk guy simply got in the wrong car to pass out. Then the white trash Independence guy sees an opportunity to beat a defenseless guy to death. I don't care if the drunk guy got in the wrong car, if he mouthed off, or threw a punch. It was blatantly obvious how drunk he was and the white trash took the opportunity to be a tough guy. Yes, he messed up for being so drunk that he had absolutely no idea what he was doing but he sure didn't deserve to die.

ReplyDeleteHorrible miscarriage of justice. Mean Jean gets to pretend she got a conviction while giving the victim's family the middle finger. Suspended sentence is a joke when you murder a drunken strangler for no reason. Police had the witnesses to make it stick.
