Captain Tye Grant did give his thoughts on investigating yet another brazen homicide for 2016.
"Daylight hours. It's pretty blatant, right out here in the open with a lot of people around," he said. "Obviously not a whole lot of concern for the sanctity of life."
These words should resonate with every resident of Kansas City along with the fact that one person was able to gun down another on a crowded street in the waning daylight hours.
