IMHO if you're an illegal alien, then you have no rights and no right to be here unless sponsored by someone who is going to care for your ass till your a legal citizen and earning a living. Nobody who is from another country should be allowed to receive any taxpayer supported help. If you can't make it here, then back to where you came from is where you will be sent.
