So voter cards are sent out via mail. Not certified mail, just plain ole leave in the mailbox mail. What is to keep me from going through my neighborhood and collecting voter cards and voting 20 times? Photo ID required. Only a racist Nazi like Byron believes black folk can't get a photo ID.
