I blame the racists who created a segregated city, & who now, in their fear & impotence, are reduced to anonymous bullying. Don't rail against your elected officials, they are just as frightened & powerless as you. If Sly James knew how to stop the violence, he would win the Noble Peace Prize.
Per your War Against Blacks, you're disassembling the social safety net which, ironically, mostly helps whites. You'd better hope your homeless veterans don't rise up against you, because they've actually been trained to shoot.
