There's a reason why some people are so fucked up they're not motivated to do anything. Then in some cities it's perfectly legal to kick a homeless person in the face. So who's the fucked up one in that situation?

ReplyDeleteWhat do you call it when your officers pull over a car and curse out a woman over a minor traffic offense Chief? Maybe you better clean up the very few who think they are the judge and jury on the streets, bully, threaten to punish, threaten violence and curse citizens before you tell folks how to raise kids. Given the KCPD track record it seems you would have your hands full there.
