We're always in search of an alternative perspective here on TKC and this bit of into was sent our way regarding the Ferguson effect, rising violence in metro areas and political rhetoric during election season. Here's another side of the story:There is no Ferguson effect: New data confirm the war on police is a right-wing myth

ReplyDeleteI call Bullshit on Salon's data. When will the media stop trying to convince us that what were seeing with our own eyes isn't true?
ReplyDeleteThe Poor, Poor, Pitiful Poor's war on America continues. They won't be happy will this is a third world shithole and we're all losers like them.
The Fugeson Effect has nothing to do with the war on cops. The Ferguson Effect is about police backing off from doing their job because of bullshit ramifications of doing it. Director Comey, of the FBI, mentions this often as of late. It's nice to quote FBI statistics, but they need to be applicable and journalists need to know what they are talking about.
ReplyDeleteSalon dot com is insane
