For a few generations now, we have the usual cameras and security officers in the big box retails, malls, and the smallish corner shops to DETER, DETECT and PROSECUTE crimes. The cyber access via the nets is potential opportunity for crime of minor to major proportions. Not selectively monitoring is a deathwish. Many move around alot for careers (civil & military), vacations, and charitable missions. Amidst all that shuffle, nefarious forces, singly or syndicated, can and do operate. WE ARE WISE TO KEEP EYES OPEN IN THE INTERESTS OF GLOBAL SECURITY.
